The Development process that we follow is:
- Assessment: Client gives the requirement to Techattribute. We assess our client’s aim, issues, market opportunities and market obstacles.
- Analysis: This involves detailed conversation between client and business analyst. To proceed to another step a detailed analysis is required so that client’s requirement can be fulfilled.
- FSD: After understanding the requirements we prepare a FSD that is Functional Specification Detail which contains exact quote and deadline.
- Get Approval: In this step we submit the FSD to the client and it would reflect that the FSD got frizzed as well as client will provide the initials.
- Development: After the client’s approval we start the Development Process. In this step we prepare a creative strategy and visual design. Throughout our development process we assure quality of service to our clients.
- Daily or weekly updates: In this step we assure that our designer and team leader are in constant contact with the client to give him/her daily or weekly updates about the project.
- Monitoring: Client monitors the project and depending on the updates he/she provide us the feedback. This helps us to manage project in a better way.
- Project Completion: We give quality assurance to our clients and sign off the project.
